Frank bills for all disability insurance work on an hourly basis.  On initial claims and appeals, he generally requires a retainer and bills for his time on a contingency basis.  Time charges aren't incurred unless benefits are awarded. 

For consulting work or further work on claims that have been established, it is Frank's practice to bill at a reduced hourly rate that is not contingent in nature.

Expenses are billed separately and at cost.
